Answer: Our standard delivery time is divided into two parts: shipping time and logistics transportation time. Generally, the shipping time is about 2-20 days, and the specific order time depends on the order size and the complexity of the sweaters. If there is an urgent order, we can negotiate to shorten the delivery time. The logistics time is based on the standards set by the logistics company on the day, for example, shipping to the United States usually takes about 20-30 days. There are three shipping methods: air freight, sea freight, and railway, and the delivery time depends on the specific country and region.

Question: Can we make samples based on the original samples or pictures?

Answer: Of course. If the customer has a sample garment, the factory will look for the fabric and confirm with the customer. If there is no sample garment, the factory will make a pattern based on the picture. However, in cases where only the picture is available, it usually cannot guarantee a 100% restoration and may require multiple revisions. Finally, the sample garment will be made and sent to the customer for confirmation of the sample. Please note that the sample clothing is free, but international logistics fees need to be paid by the customer themselves. After confirming the sample, pay a deposit and place a bulk order. The price is more favorable for larger quantities.
